I have a Mitsubishi Outlander...Really nice to drive and has the extra seating, however; it's a V6 and I don't reccommend if you're looking for something fuel efficient :smile:

Hi there, I finished Insanity a couple of weeks ago. I lost 3 lbs and 26.5" all over. Stick with it, its a great program and I have gained an insane level of endurance and I'm starting to finally see my abs. I am planning to do it again this summer. Good luck and add me for support if you like :smile:

IMO no, I don't think that's accurate...I just finished Insanity and that sounds more like what I've burned doing a full workout in month 2.

I think you need to not contact him whatsoever, let him come to you. Like others have said, contacting him will drive him further away. Try your best to keep busy, so that you're not sitting around thinking because that will only make it worse on you. If it's meant to be, he will come back and if not, it's his loss and you…

The best and most accurate way I find is using a HRM. It's hard to do a general estimate because everyone burns a different amount of calories doing Insanity and you burn more some days than others.

I have long hair and i agree with everyone else, dry shampoo is definitely the quickest way to go....or ofcourse some baby powder if you don't have dry shampoo. I even carry a bottle of dry shampoo in my purse for when I'm on the go :smile:
