Exactly. The fact that its not possible to render proper study on the subject is the point of my post. I'm not saying that sugar is or isn't addictive, I'm just saying its basically impossible to test the theory. I wouldn't be surprised if people went a little bonkers though

Well, since soda/sugar is neither expensive nor illegal that isn't really a fair comparison. If sugary products were suddenly to be banned, I would not be surprised if some people did react in exactly that way.

Sort of tough to give a short answer on this one lol Since my highest weight, I am down 35lbs (Highest weight being 220 and currently 195) However after my first child was born I got down to 160 (down 60) then I got pregnant again and my 'starting' weight this time around was 210. I've lost 15lbs in the last 2 months.

Being able to acknowledge hunger without panicking or binging is a good thing. Trying to deliberately feel hungry all the time is not. If being hungry affects your mood, I'm guessing your family will consider it a bad thing lol

Yeah its horrible - but I actually have noticed a big improvement since I got my IUD. If that is a possibility for you, I recommend it.

Its nearly 5pm and I haven't even eaten my lunch yet... I hate when I go through phases of having no appetite because it always comes back with a vengeance at the worst possible time So I can go a few days of eating a thousand calories (or less) and then suddenly I get so hungry that I inhale half a bakery.
