I'm 4"11. At my heaviest I was 135lbs. I'm now 121.5lbs. The first 5lbs were easy to shed off, but it took awhile for the rest to come off. Feel free to add me.

Hi there. Check out if your county has a road runners club. They are a non-profit runners club that really help motivate me. You train twice weekly and some on your own. It was much easier and more fun to run with a group of people, and they have all sorts of levels for beginners.

Hi there, feel free to add me. I'm on every day. I started in February, and have lose 8.5 lbs. it hasn't been easy. some weeks i didn't lose any weight, but my friends keep me going. My kids are 16 months apart so I totally understand the hectic schedule of having two babies. Take care.

I see a dietician and I'm only 5ft tall. My max calories should be 1310 calories/day. I was eating less than 1100 calories and wasnt losing any weight, but when I increased my calories the weight actually came off!

Hi there, prior to seeing my dietician, I was eating under 1200 calories (sometimes under 1000 calories) and exercising, and didn't lose a lb. My dietician as me on 1310 calories/day, and I've been losing 1-2 lbs/week. Even if my exercise calories allow me to eat more calories, I stick to 1310. I'm only 5 feet tall and…

I have to watch my carb intake too since I'm considered pre-diabetic. I love rice and bread, and pasta! I do still eat all of them, but make sure that I'm eating whole wheat, and I switched to black rice (which has half the calories of brown rice and less carbs).
