Hi all,

I am turning 40 this week and have decided to take charge and stop being so ridiculous. I can complain about the injustice of the body I have been given, or I can be responsible and do something to feel better abut it. I Am renewing my wedding vows in July in Hawaii and want to feel great at the beach.

I'm looking for some friends for motivation!!

    I turned 40 at Christmas time and realised I need to make some big and permanent changes!! Happy to be added as a friend :-)
