Did really well today too! The 3rd weight section I did drop down to 3lb weights and worked on form- thought I got alot more out of the workout! So yes I am smiling! Well I can't move my arms, but Level 2 Day 1 is complete! I liked it- except for the squat move where you bring your arms (with weights)to eye level in a V... need to switch down to 3lb weights before I hurt myself!! Finished level 1/ day 9!! Realized today if you get lower in your lunge- you can raise your arms easier to eye level... On day 9 I figure it out! :laugh: I still have not looked ahead... I'm sure Jillian will have a few surprises!

Its 10pm and I just finished the Shred! I almost did not do it and thought NO I have to check in with the group!! Did pretty good, ran 1.5 miles to warm up and not a good idea at night for me, did not seem to put every effort into the workout- Did sweat though! Hi Amy, I lost my first 30lbs eatting Smart Ones for lunch and dinner (twice a week) nothing wrong with it... drink more water to help with the sodium level. I needed to do this for portion size! I also had, and still do, have a set of measuring cups in my pantry to measure of portion sizes listed on the boxes or recipes.…

Just finished day 3! Still had to modifiy the legs, but not as much. I hear ya with the eye level weights- using 5lbs but felt like 10lbs haha!
