  • Well, I'll never be under 130, and I'm more "lightly active" than sedentary....but I think 1600 is too much for me to keep losing they way I want...so...I'll stick with 1350ish and see what happens...I'd love to see a big loss, but regardless, I feel good doing T25. I needed a change!

  • It was hard, but I felt rushed too. And only a 180 calorie burn!!! I'm hoping I feel it tomorrow more than I do right now...I carry most of my extra weight in my core, so hopefully this ab interval will help strengthen that flabby area!

  • I still hated Cardio the most! :) But even it was a good workout! Speed is my favorite so far, followed by total body circuit. I had a really hard time keeping up with all the spider push ups especially during the burnout. Geez!!! But feels great to be done with another day!!!

  • Me too! My goal weight is 20lbs from my current weight, but I have a feeling I'm about to slow down...If I could lose all 20 in the next 60 days I'd love it, but I don't think that's realistic. So we'll say 10lbs is the T25 goal.

  • I just got lucky and found this group tonight, after finishing Alpha Cardio day one! I did 30 day shred for 90 days (30 days at each level) because I was TOTALLY out of shape when I started. I'm feeling much better about my own fitness level, but today's cardio still kicked my *kitten*! I'm excited to see where it goes!

  • I just finished my workout! He's not playing around, huh? My Polar FT4 said I burned 250 in 25 minutes. I was drenched in sweat, and I had to modify a lot towards the end. I've been working out for 3.5 months, religiously and this 25 minutes was killer! I LOVE it!

  • Given your size, I'd say that was probably "accurate"--but, you have to remember MFP just gives you a number based on the data you provide. If you don't feel like it's enough, then of course, eat more! And that calorie count is what you should NET--not what you should consume. So, if you workout, eat more! Find what works…
