5'6" Highest Weight: 156 Current Weight: 140 Goal Weight: 130 I don't have a reliable way of testing BF, so I am currently a size 6 in most pants and I'd like to be a small 4.

I am also trying to lose about 10 more pounds. I am 36, 5'6" and currently at about 140. I am just finishing up my first round of 21 Day Fix Extreme and have been really devoted to the videos and running (I run about 25 miles per week), but I am constantly hungry and it is really hard for me not to indulge in the things I…

I did C25K last year and am now running regularly about 25+ miles per week, racing in half marathons and planning on a full marathon next spring. I say all this so that you can understand where this advice comes from... If you run the 3 days all back-to-back-to-back then you have 4 "rest days" in a row. While it is better…

Thanks for the tip Cadori. great idea. Thank you nxd10. I am very aware that I need to not overdue it or my milk production could suffer. I work too, but I pump when I'm at work so my son is EBF. I did the same with my daughter 4 years ago and I BF'd her for 18 months! I did not try to diet or lose weight at all when I…

This is my second shot at MFP too. From January - April 2011 I worked MFP pretty hard and lost 15 pounds in anticipation of a Hawaiian vacation. Went on that cruise and never quite got back on track. Then I got pregnant in September and just had my son in June. I am carrying around an extra 18 pounds from my son, plus 10…

GREAT JOB! Yay for you!

WOW! I'm not the only one! I totally thought I was imagining things! I get the wheezing sound too when i do punches....but it usually only last about 5 seconds or so. Very wierd, but it does make sense that the pressure on your lungs from that type of movemoent may cause this. i think as long as you don't feel out of…

I used it for a few weeks years ago....it is AWFUL IMHO. It caused me to have heart palpitations.

I am a HUGE fan of grits too and recently tried this recipe for Mardi Gras dinner. Delish!!!! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/shrimp_cheddar_grits.html

I want to get rid of these darn saddle bags!

I am not a short order cook. Not even for my three year old. What I make is what is for dinner and if you don't like it too bad. That being said, I have tried a LOT of recipes from Eatingwell.com and my picky three year old and even pickier husband like the majority of what I have made. If they don't like a recipe, I take…

I recently got a Body Bugg and to my shock and horror the machine readings for me are generally 30-40% HIGHER than what my Bugg says I am burning. I won't even say how high MFP is compared to the Bugg's readings! Get your HRM soon. That's the best indicator.

I;m a little late, but I want in... CPS: 6 GPS: 4

I am the same boat as you...I am really actually happy with my body, but it's that darn belly pooch that keeps me from seeing myself as thin. I don't know that I will ever be able to rid myself of that miserable skin...I know plenty of REAL girls that have the same problem and I just chop it up to having a mom's body now.…

I covet your leg progress! Bump!

I just got a Body Bugg this week and it has convinced me that the eliptical (my fav machine) totally over estimates the calories burned. I was just at the gym, did 50 minutes on the eliptical (working very hard, mind you) and the machine said I burned over 500 calories...my BB said I only burned around 300.

Your diary does look as though you are getting enough fiber, but maybe its sort of offset by the processed grains you eat (i.e. the whole wheat bread - not whole grain, and the mac and cheese)??? What really helped me when I started changing my eating habits was to add flax to yogurt and cereals...somehow get at least 2…

This is my first month joining one of these challenges...my goal will be 150 miles! EEK! I hope I can do it!

"Bumping" a post puts it in your posts so you can find it easier.

Rock on! You look great! So inspiring and thanks for sharing your pics!

Portobello "Philly Cheese Steak" sandwiches (EatingWell.com recipe) and baked sweet potatoes.

You can totally do it! Just make sure you keep track of your calories too. It's hard, but so worth it. The people here are really supportive and it will definitely help keep you on track!

Are you working out wi shoes or barefoot? When I first started the Shred I did it barefoot and my knees started killing me about 5 days in. I read a lot on another forum where it was mentioned that perhaps I needed to invest in a good pair of cross trainer shoes....once I started working out with shoes it helped a lot.

Great thread! I was thinking about making pizza on Sunday too so I can talk my hubby out of ordering our usual Pizza Hut (I know so bad for you, but yummy greasy deliciousness).
