Whats for Dinner?

Im in a bit of a rut, headed to the grocery later and have NO CLUE what I will fix, or even feel like having for dinner! Any ideas/suggestions are welcomed!! What are YOU having for dinner?? =)

    Meatloaf made with ground turkey
    "Fried poatos" - not really fried.. i cut up 4 potatoes put them in a pan, pour some zero cal/no sodium butter spray and season with mr dash garlic and herb no sodium seasoning and cook until crisp
    no salt added green beans

    yum yum

    tomorrow i am going to make chicken fajita pita's

    chicken breast with mccormick fajita seasoning/green peppers/onions in a low cal pita with lettuce tomato and fat free cheese topped with either salsa or maries yogurt ranch

    If you have time, turkey chili in the crock pot, easy, healthy and delicious! Plus you can make enough to have leftovers for a couple of lunches.

    Meat and Potatoes Tin Foil Dinner!!
    1 Raw Hamburger Patty
    1 Cut Up Raw Potato
    2 Cut Up Carrots
    1 C. Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 18 inch strip of tin foil

    Put it all in the middle of the foil, fold it up leaving room for air to circulate inside, and cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees!!

    My kids and I love grilled salmon and veggies. Just put the salmon in tin foil and sprinkle with Emerils steak seasoning, cover and grill. Serve with what ever veggies you.

    had baked tilapia & green beans w/almonds last night. (took under 20 minutes to prep & cook).
    tonight its going to be a baked chicken breast & a spinach salad w/almonds & maybe some rice too. (should take less than 30 minutes to prep & cook)

    Whole grain pasta with chicken breast strips, spinach, tomatoes and a garlic 'cream' sauce made with FF cream cheese and a salad drizzled with the extra sauce. MMMMMM

    I had chicken sprinkled with cajun spices,with sweet and normal mash (no butter or milk) peas and sweetcorn ,tomorrow I am having home made spicy pork meat balls with rice and veg mixed in .
