  • That chart is absolutely awful. It makes exercise seem like a punishment. That is the exact OPPOSITE of what you want to do. I went off on a long post about this exact sort of thing where they were thinking if changing the dietary listing of foods to better reflect what it would take to burn. It's down right criminal.…
  • You can do it man. The first step is deciding that you want to make the change, which it seems you are. I was at 242 at my heaviest, and its taken me almost 2 years to get to where I am now. It takes time. I never realized that myself when I started. There are some amazing people on here that are good at kicking your butt…
  • Im still around in spirit, Had to stop shortly into month two due to life issues and lots and lots of pain. Wish i could be finishing round two with you guys again. Really disappointed in myself
  • im still here and still going. Just been busy lately and not able to log aside from my comp. Lets keep it going everyone
  • This one always sucks. Pushed thru though. So sore. Amazing that no matter how many times you do it, it still hurts. Must mean im doing something right. I too will be skipping Recovery tomorrow. Work has me lifting 2 tons worth of salt so i think ill get more than enough workout from that alone. Have a great one everybody
  • I agree with Katy completely. If your gonna do it, do it once and in the evening, When i get my big cravings i have fruits and veggies in the fridge that i munch on. I have to consciously say no sweets and grab the healthy stuff. Its a fight every day changing your habits, but once you do it'll get easier
  • I dont stick with the plan either. I just watch what i eat. Ive completely cut out junk food, although i do cheat every once in a while. If i have to eat fast food i go with the lighter options and always sub a salad instead of fires, damn i miss McDonalds fries. The really tough thing on insanity is its a calorie burner…
  • Feeling good, better than i did the first go round
  • nice work on week 1 everyone!!
  • Gotta love the burn!!
  • I read LoTR and The Hobbit every couple years or so, im a big Tolkien geek. A lot of what may seem made up is actually stuff from the other books Tolkien wrote about middle earth. The Silmarilion and The Leys of Beleriand to name a couple. Ya there is definitely some artistic freedom used, like Legolas being in the movie.…

  • Plyo is still my least favorite, felt a lot better though this time round. I dont think these ever get "easier" haha
  • I feel so bad, i did not do the fit test today. My body just aches from doing it yesterday. I will be kicking back in full gear tomorrow.
  • Baked goods are my downfall. Starting and sticking with things has always been my issue. I tried doing Insanity last year and failed miserably. Wasnt until i found the previous Insanity group i was in (Group Moderator was in it as well as some of the members) that i found my drive. Pushed all the way thru and finished…
  • Ugh I ate to much foods, so sleepy And btw Tega, that cake is not fair. One of my few weaknesses this time of year are Peeps. Mmmm Marshmallow
  • A good whiskey with three ice cubes, no more, no less haha

  • HAHA I love it. Im Keith, im shy. Been busting my *kitten* doing Insanity. I enjoy having a goal to push towards and amazing ppl to do it with. Kristin is one of my inspirations. YOU ROCK!!! Not the best nutritionally, but you wont find many ppl who push as hard as I do. Everyone one who joins this is already amazing and I…

  • We are so close. Cant believe we did it!!! And ya, i did the measurements the whole time and took pics each week. A good friend of mine advised it

  • I plan on doing some running, never been my strongest activity. My brother in law is big in the T25 so Ill be doing that. After a couple of months Im going to come back and do Insanity all over again from the start. It feels so good to be this close to being done!!
  • Have to listen to your body, if you're hurt you need to sit out. We'll still be here haha Get better soon
  • Honestly, you guys are what has kept me motivated. Ive wanted to hang it up so many times but seeing of your posts keeps me going. My weight is not changing a whole lot either, but my body is. Biggest thing for anyone to do is ignore the scale and do the work. Do your measurements because that is where you're going to see…
  • Ive found the upper body a bit lacking. As far as the abs, a lot of the work outs do some ab work you just have to force yourself to do it. The first couple weeks I didnt think it was doing anything, but then i started tightening them during the workout and i could barely get out of bed the next morning. You are getting a…
