You can get really good low carb, high protein pancake mix - you may want to try that. Also, I have bought Carbquick, low carb flour, which makes great biscuits, bread and pancakes too. Give it a try - you get less carb, good protein, and the "feeling" of having a high carb breakfast!

Eat more! If you're working out 6x per week and only eating 1300 calories, you might not be giving your body enough. Maybe try increasing your calories to 1500 for two weeks and see if that helps. Also, lots of water and potassium supplements might be helpful. Good luck!

tofu, beans and legumes, soya chunks, greek yogurt with flaxseed, high protein cereals (you can find these at low carb stores) - these are all good and healthy options, plus you can get veggie burgers like the Yves or Morningstar variety...

I don't know either, but I would love to see the answer, since I'm taking most of those myself!

I almost ordered this at Boston Pizza on Saturday! Luckily I looked it up on MFP. The 93 grams of fat stopped me in my tracks! All of my friends were shocked. I would have been better off with chicken wings or a pizza!

Clementines and bananas are both higher sugar fruits. I'm wondering if you might want to try lower sugar fruits, because then you could easily eat more of them. My suggestions would include berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries), cantaloupe, navel oranges and peaches. Also you might want to add gteek yogurt…

Hi - I'm indian, so in a good position to give you some advice. Don't order anything in a curry. Your best bet in tandoori chicken or chicken tikka masala. Both of these will be fairly dry, so no chance of them floating in oil. Eating vegetables at an indian restaurant in a healthy way is difficult, so either order them…

Hi there - welcome to MFP. Feel free to add me as a friend if you're looking for support. I'm still struggling with weight loss and I have about 100 lbs to lose, but I'll reiterate what everyone else will tell you: - drink lots of water - log what you eat as much as possible, even if you feel like you "cheated" - take your…
