So, its been 4 months.
I've gone from 200 lbs with a BMI of 28.3 to 157 lbs with a BMI of 22.2
I've gone from a 38 inch waist to a 32 inch waist.
I've lost my double chin, I'm able to run 5 miles without stopping and I'm able to go into a shop and buy clothes without thinking "I'm too fat to wear that".
My self esteem and confidence has risen so much and I just enjoy time out with friends a lot more now.
My ultimate goal is 145lbs. I'll get there slowly I suppose. I'm happy with how I am now, so I may just maintain for a while.. :)

    You're 5"10, aren't you? Your height shows more in the later pictures due to your thinner body :)

    So awesome! I can't begin to tell you how happy I am for you and that you are taking care of this while your still young because it gets so much harder when your my age! I congratulate you for not taking your age as an escuse to be lax on your health and taking care of your weight. Good job!
