When i met my husband he could barely speak English, we overcame the barrier and have been happily married for almost 17 years. His English has drastically improved. Now i am living in his country and don't speak much of the language but i am managing. :smile:

i weigh ever Monday. If i have a slight gain i don't log,only if it goes over 1 kg (2.2lbs) but don't let it discourage you, just use it as a guideline.

My workouts are on track, my diet too and i only lost 100g this past 2 weeks, i was devastated as i am so close to getting under 100kg. In the past month i have only lost 1kg

I prefer a morning workout , it is more of a mind thing for me, because if i leave it for the afternoon i tend to be more inclined to skip it. But any workout is better than none. So you fit it in whenever or however you can. Good luck !

I agree 100% , the scale just demotivates you. I only weigh every 2 weeks. It is also nice to see a big loss, rather than bits and drabs .

Don't stress about the gain, i am also doing Insanity and the biggest results come in month 2. Stick with it is a brilliant program. Don't weigh yourself, measure and take photo's , after your 2nd month weigh, measure and take photo's again. you will be pleasantly surprised. Good luck!
