Cigna covers mine with a $235 co-pay. My Dr had to fill out a medical history form to cover. With the savings card (which covers up to $200 per month) I pay $35 out of pocket. Dr did a separate Rx for the needles as well and insurance paid 100%

Third day on 1.8..... Bruising a bit at injection site. How long does it take to titration to 3.0. Tired during the day. I take it in the morning. How soon dis everyone see weight loss after starting?

How many calories does the cardio x and kenpo x burn ?

I did just the p90x Kenpo work out today for the first time....it was hard but I did taekwodo for 4 years so I understood it. Would it be bad if that was the only p90 work out I could do and then did the treadmill on days off? Share your thoughts.....

Zumba for the Wii kicks your butt....Its really fun too! I do it with the famiy on "dance night!"

the Wii Zumba is an AMAZING work out. Each song is only 2-3 minutes long but you really feel it. It has three levels of difficulty for you to choose as well. Have fun!

the yoga is excellent....the hula hoop is very cardio as well as toning. I've done the jogging in place but wasn't for me.....I bought zumba for the wii and it's fun and a great workout.

I think we all indulge a bit on holidays.....I just made sure I worked out longer tonight. I am back on track as of today.

are you checking on your measurements at all? Have they changed at all? It took about 6 weeks for me to start to see the scale move....keep it up!

WELCOME!!! Joining MFP was the best thing that ever happened to my health, I am down 7 pounds losing about a half to 1lb per week with hypothyroidism....I am 38 and everything just quit working right.
