Yeah, I've had this as well. I've never had super bad acne or anything, but I'd have occasional breakouts. Since I've started working out, and eating healthier, I haven't had a single one.

It depends on when you weighed yourself, but to be blunt, it could be because you need to have a bowel movement (gross I know), I'd get that out of the way and then maybe weigh yourself again, even so, just get back on track and it'll fall back off quickly. Train, Take your vitamins, and say your prayers, watcha gonna do brothers! Sorry, i thought this was going to be about Hulk Hogan, ha. Anyway, If a daily vitamin upsets your stomach, I would try a chewable or even gummy vitamin, I'm guessing those would be less likely to upset your stomach. good luck!

Every person is different. It just takes your statistics and your calories and gives you a number based on it. It doesn't account for poor metabolism, inaccurate calorie burn/intake numbers, or a million other factors. Just work hard and see if you can obtain that goal.

So at the end of the day, is the goal to have the net cals be in the negative to show that you've had deficient calories therefore you will lose weight? or is it supposed to be positive? if so how much,

5-6 songs burns around 275, as long as you do the songs that get you moving. if you don't really move with it or get into it, it doesn't really do anything for you. After doing thirty minutes of just dance, i've worked up quite a sweat. ha

Ha, I love the wii.I usually burn about 500 cals a day from using just it alone. (270 from thirty mins of just dance, and 230 cals from thirty mins of wii fit) It's just easier to workout if it's something fun or something you enjoy, if you do something you absolutely hate there is no way you'll maintain and do it…

I wouldn't worry about it. Just try and relax and get better, don't binge on chocolate or anything but just find something that'll settle your stomach for now.
