My last one was about a year from the previous one. My doctor said at the time that under the age of 50 you should think 2 years free before you are done, after the age of 50 it is a year. don't know if that is medical fact or her take on it though. Hope all ok for you.

I have found that if I wake, then don't put on the TV or open up the laptop as I am awake for hours then. Instead I read or do some sudoku puzzles and I soon nod off again - just wish I had discovered this years ago!

For me they seem to go in phases. I finished with Peri about two years ago, and have noticed I get more of them now if I am stressed.

I had to stop watching anything to do with children or with animals as I'd get really emotional.... Peri is a pain, and the emotional stuff goes on after too - and catches you totally unawares! LOL

Happened with me too....they got further and further apart then lighter, then a huge one that went on for about two weeks, then nothing :) I have heard women who have not had children, and who carry extra weight (fat cells hold hormones) can have an easier time of it. Still getting hot flushes (flashes) from time to time…

Just had cereal for breakfast. Not sure on lunch, depends what my other half is up to, either a sandwich, soup or something on toast. Dinner will be roast beef, spring greens, carrots, and either home made roasties and gravy, or cauliflower cheese as am trying to lower my carbs of an evening.
