Thank you. Somedays it takes all i have just to get out of bed, so when i do that 10 minutes of swimming and can log it...i feel like i'm one step closer. Your words are inspiring. THAT is what this site is for.0

Is it wrong to log 5 min for climbing 104 stairs? I work in a hospital and frequently go up and down in the elevator, so part of changing my activity level I have commited to taking the stairs at least once per day to start. Its not part of my normal activity is a change and something I'm doing extra. To go from the first floor to the 4th floor is 104 stairs. I log 5 min of walking up stairs for it. I also have a little portable oxygen/ heart rate sensor on me at work and my heart rate after this activity is 120-130bpm. I don't however log the miles I walk all over the hospital each day because its part of my daily routine.
What do you think? Log or don't log my extra trips up the stairs?0
