I find that I can get my caffeine from coffee or caffeinated teas and my bubble "fix" from flavored carbonated water. They have a yummy brand sold at Kroger...it's in the booze aisle for some reason but it has a ton of flavor and it's zero cals.

Agreed! I am a miserable morning person no matter how long I try to get "used" to waking up early and exercising. It's hard during the winter for me to avoid being lazy and not working out at all BUT during the summer I love coming home and getting a good workout in and then sitting out on the back deck. *sigh*

Hubs is 6'0 and 215 lbs...I'm 5'3" and 153 lbs. He sits at a desk or behind th ewheel of a car most days. My husband lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks using MFP....we started the same time and I have lost 3. He is no where near as strict as I am about calorie counting AND he doesn't drink a DROP of water. MEN!

I'm with IcePrincess on this one too...I save my calories for food or nice red wine. I wish that drinking my calories was the only thing I had to worry about. *sigh*

Not true. New shoes will drastically improve shin splints but they won't go away instantly. Shin splints are an overusage injury. Ice, rest, ibprofin if needed.

Use a 7 inch pan, make sure to spray with pam, heat it up first but not TOO hot. 1/4 cup of crepe mix at a time, make sure to swirl the mix around to make it as thin as possible...about 2 minutes each side. Yum! Fake crab is awesome in a lot of stuff. I jsut had seafood crepes for lunch 111 calories per crepe. Add a salad and it rocked.

I got the BEST fish from a local grocery here and now it's all I can think of...I got fresh salmon filets, 6ozs about, and broiled them on the top rack of the oven for 20 minutes. Hey there! I didnt' weigh in today because I'm abotu to start my period and to top it off I gained the weight I lost last week back...I'm hoping it was water weight but it's still discouraging. So, I'll weigh in hopefulyl Friday after some of this PMS is DONE!

I'm with Tabsoda and PR...Bad but better than it could have been worse... I had homemade bean burritos INSTEAD of the Taco Bell ones that I wanted and then I through everything over by 200 cals with popcorn. Grrr.

That's the only thing I'm sad about losing...my cleavage. That's ok, after I lose the weight my hubs said he'd let me get whatever "enhancements" I wanted. Boobies here I come!

Go Lauren! I know what you mean about emotional eating. I have an incredibly stressful job and the urge to drive through Taco Bell hits me a lot. I managed to avoid that one last night by forcing myself to go home and make my own bean burritos. I still ended up going over cals by 200 but that's ok. Baby steps.
