  • For health reasons I have to drop weight fairly quickly. They run blood tests weekly and make sure everything is ok and as long as I'm doing fine health wise my Dr is fine with my diet.

  • Ill add you I'm 24 and will be going active duty army as soon as I meet the tape criteria (I figure basic will get me to the passing the weight part). So I'm looking at losing inches instead of losing weight right now.
  • I wouldn't drop calories at all just keep doing what your doing. At this point your most likely dropping body fat and adding muscle weight so its cancelling you out. Try taking your measurements and calculating your body fat if you are happy with the percentage than just maintain the 1500 and keep working the weights.

  • This only my second day on my fitness pal but within the next 6 months id like to join the army so I am in for the 30 day shred but will most likely only do it mon-fri as weekends are when hubby is home and he laughs at me when I work out so this support will be great!
