Hmmm... Here in Louisiana it's acceptable to be "larger than life", fat, or guys like to call it "THICK". I no longer want to be "Thicker than a Snicker" or in my case, "Thicky Mickey". When I get to the size I want to be I want to be Skinny Minnie :))

I workout at home. My boyfriend always invites me to the gym but I like the comfort of home and It's FREE!! I live by a 6 mile lake so I walk/run/jog that at least 3 times a week. I have wii so I run, use the balance board to do a step bench work out, yoga, and strength training on. I also have a jump rope if I ever decide…

Like everyone else on the post, I think you should workout when you feel most likely to do it. I prefer first thing in the morning before my shift at 6am and then when I get off at 2pm.

I laughed because I am going through this myself. At first I was having two really big breakfast meals but now I have regular breakfast (eggs and some form of protein) and then I have a fruit and water in an hour or two if im hungry.

I have recently gotten adamant about measuring my portions. I thought I could just "wing it" and I was surprised when I was serving myself twice the actual portion size. I'm nothing like the lady in the pic but I think she is pretty hot... I'm not striving to be her but that does't take away from her attractiveness and I don't feel inferior in anyway :) I may never look like her but I will one day look great in a two piece. Thanks for posting the eye candy :))

I weigh myself throughout the day and any time there is a loss I record it. I understand about fluctuations, good days, and bad days. The number on the scale makes me hold myself accountable for what I put in my body.
