My first official NSV!

So . . I believe I can claim my first "official" NSV this week!
I traveled on vacation this past 5 days to visit family & friends . . my daughter and I traveled by airplane from
Charlotte, NC to Minneapolis, MN and back. Anyways, I realized as I was buckling my seat belt on the air-
plane (both times) that there was a quite a bit of extra room in that "seat belt" area. I did not have to ask
for a seat belt "extender" and I was not having to suck in to get the belt fastened, in fact there was quite
a bit of slack.
To date, I have lost more weight on MFP than I have with Weight Watchers or just counting calories on my
own. Thank you to everyone who has and continues to support and encourage me!
