Tazzy's August Challenged

Goal to lose 8 lbs total for the month of August.
We have 3 level of participation
1. Beginners to walk / or run 2 miles a day for (3) a days a week
2. Intermediate to walk/ or run 3.5 miles a day for (3) days a week
3. Advance group to walk/or run 5 miles a day for (3) days a week
Helpful hints: Drink your water,
Watch you sodium intake the less the better
Complete your food diary daily
Have 100 percent faith that you can and will succeed at losing
8 pounds.
Starts August 1 / ends August 31
Weigh yourself before the challenged and weigh yourself on the last day of challenged
Once a week post your pounds lost no matter what .

    If you need or want to exercise more than 3 than go for it. But please remember at least once a week post your progress.

    I'd love to join. :) & I'm not sure if I want to do the intermediate group or advanced. I'd like to shoot for the advanced group. The more i can do the better. :smile:

  • You should be able to see my stats as we go along as I fill out the spaces at the bottom of my signature.. will update starting weight tomorrow morning to be more exact but good placeholder for now.. I only do big workouts on the weekends so count me in the beginner group I guess. ;-)

    Hi my start weight today is 184.5lbs. I aim to get 2lbs off this week and I'm going to do it!

    It's a horrible day here in Scotland but i plan on walking with the pram for 5 miles anyway. I think I'll manage it. Good luck everyone.

    Starting Weight : 245.5
    I will do the intermediate 3.5 miles per day, at least until this hot weather passes.
