Perhaps you need to eat more during the day. Are you only doing 3 meals per day? Eat a good breakfast, snack on fruit or veggies, have a good lunch, more fruit and veggies and then a sensible dinner. The jelly, the bread and the chips, so not good. Tons of sugar in the jelly, tons of carbs in the bread and the chips are never good for us. Marla, I eat whatever I want, but in moderation. As for meat, my body needs it! I don't eat steak every night, but I have chicken, turkey, pork, fish. But I do portion. If I don't have some types of meat my body starts barking at me....

My doctor put me on a vitamin D that I only take once a week, but levels were really low! I don't drink milk at all and am not a sun worshiper. Dark vegetables like kale and spinach have vitamin D. I don't know about soy milk....

I use the Wii Fit Plus mostly to keep records of my progress, and I do the free step. I use My Fitness Coach for Wii and Zumba... Wii Fit Plus does not give me a great work out,but it does get you moving...I like the yoga and strength training on it.

It is a great work out, because of the use of weights and the interval bursts. I really break a sweat! Thanks for all the information everyone!

Sort of makes sense. It is a total of 3 miles in 45 minutes, it is actually more than walking, there are also bursts of jogging in place and such in the second half...and in the third mile weights are incorporated...
