  • right now they have alot of grilled chicken, homeade pizza, wheat pasta with tomato sauce....usually warm stuff. I didnt realize a thermos would keep stuff like that warm, thanks!!

  • NUTELLA!!!!!!! LOVE the stuff!!!!! one of the BEST ways Ive had it is this... You slice pound cake and spray the slices with some spray butter, put it in a hot pan to toast for a minute or two. Then spread the toasted pound cake with nutella and slice strawberries!! SOOOO GOOD!! Not so healthy though! LOL

  • I have chicken with BBQ sauce in the crockpot, will probably have cooked carrots, and broccoli with it. Maybe a roll....its an easy go to for me!!
  • I dont have a HRM either, I log it as either aerobics high impact, or circuit, or calisthenics DEPENDING on what workout I did that day, but I have GOT to get a HRM thats the only way to be accurate, especially with a workout like this I bet!

  • The best way to get rid of ANY fat, including belly fat is cardio....doing a ton of ab moves wont get you anywhere. Yes you may be strengthening those muscles, but you will still have the fat on top. Cardio will burn the fat, no matter what kind of cardio you chose.
