I am using just dance 2 these last few weeks and boy do I sweat, doing this for 30 mins and it's great fun trying to do all the moves. I do the wii fit the odd time as well :)

Yes all the time but I think it's because I have gone from being 16stone 4 years ago to under 11 stone now and I am 5ft 7. I will stop when I'm ready, in the meantime I love being on here logging my foods and getting support and encouragement from everyone. keep up the good work :smile:

I log everything keeps me in check, even no calories drinks and tea and coffee but each to their own :)

I LOVE the wii fit and the games, it doesn't feel as if you're exercising. Getting the just dance 2 for my birthday next week so can't wait to try that.Also love doing the wee body tests and using the scales, they are def accurate as they read the same on my bathroom scales.

I eat loads of fruit and I am always hugely over but I don't think it's a big deal cause it's natural sugar.

I was using whey protein for ages then changed to good and natural soya protein and have noticed I am farting loads so I'll be heading back to the whey lol

I bought a juicer last week and have been incorporating fruit/veg juices into my diet but I still eat other foods too like potatoes, bread and even snacks(mostly healthy) in moderation of course!! At my largest weight going back 4 years ago I was 16 stone. I have never wore a dress always hiding away in jeans and baggy t shirt. I am currently at 11 stone 1 lb and I am aiming to be 10 stone 8 lbs by my 29th birthday which is the 20th November.

Those comments are not really helpful to the people who are on this site. I myself go to the gym and do loads of walking but I still have days were I feel a little naughty and have a bad day. That is some amount of sleep you're getting, be lucky if I get 4 hours:(. I'm with the rest you need something to do like a class or maybe a job to motivate you to get up. good luck with it!!
