My mum gave me this when I was thinking about starting weight watchers again and I have it stuck on my fridge because I think it's a great way to measure your progress.

How much weight have you lost?
0.1 kilograms = 2 golf balls
0.2 kilograms = 1 packet of chocolate wheatens
0.3 kilograms = 1 jar of salsa
0.4 kilograms = 1 tin of tomatoes
0.5 kilograms = 1 bag of sugar
1 kilogram = 2 tubs of margarine
2 kilograms = 100 Caramello Koalas
3 kilograms = 52 hash browns
4 kilograms = 35 serves of hot chips
5 kilograms = 10 tubs of ice cream
6 kilograms = 333 chicken nuggets
7 kilograms = 10 loaves of bread
8 kilograms = 160 spring rolls
9 kilograms = 180 croissants
10 kilograms = 57 meat pies
15 kilograms = 75 packs of tim tams
20 kilograms = 40 large blocks of cheese
25 kilograms = 31 pan pizzas
30 kilograms = 140 Big Macs
35 kilograms = 700 cinnamon donuts
40 kilograms = 107 jars of peanut pate/butter
45 kilograms = 90 cheesecakes
50 kilograms = 200 family blocks of chocolate

SO far I've lost 100 Caramello Koalas. What about you?

Is this chart the weight or the calorie content.... oh, probably weight as there's probably not much nutritional value to a golf ball.

I'll be 31 pan pizzas then... well maybe 30.

If I did my math right - 35 kilograms = 700 cinnamon donuts. Haven't updated my ticker yet but I'm down almost 77 lbs.

That is a lot of donuts! :noway:

I'm almost to the Koalas! I have no idea what those are, though.

Ah, okay, looked it up. Cadbury, makers of many tasty, tasty cavity finders.
