I've recently got addicted to pickled eggs. They're low in calories but high in protein! If you don't want the pickleness, you could just try boiled eggs, or scrambled eggs or omelette or something.

I can't stand this any more. The other day I ate a yogurt, which I'd specifically chosen as it was high(ish) in protein. A while ago I bought a bra and it didn't fit, but it was in the sale so I didn't take it back. Now it fits! I'm also wearing a size 16 top I haven't been able to wear for years. I don't think it's a "real" size 16, but it's more the fact that it fits and didn't used to!

MFP says I burn about 750 from zumba, but my HRM says 500. I did a toning class as well on Weds, and MFP guessed over 1500, but my actual burn was half that

I've found that increasing my protein intake stops me wanting to snack as much.

I have no idea, but my mum used to make gluten free meatloaf back in the old days when gluten free breadcrumbs weren't available, and gluten free bread was really expensive (and not that nice). So maybe having a look at gluten free recipes might have some good ideas!

I've lost 30lbs and don't feel you can tell - but work colleagues don't really look that closely anyway! It's also supposed to be more difficult to notice things when you see someone every day, as they've seen you shrinking gradually.

I was coming to post this! I found them on YouTube as "walkathome". It's walking with a twist - but it is just mainly walking, so you don't need any special equipment. It's also a lot more fun than just walking on the spot.

Crumble loves crumpets. She's also recently developed a liking for Hula Hoops. Custard loves strawberries. Once, she bit Crumble just because Crumble was sitting near the pot of strawberries. Apple is very new so hasn't tried much yet, but she seems to like grapes best.
