  • Lifting weights is key. It burns all of the sugars in your body and then when you go to do cardio you burn more fat. Thats what the personal trainer at my gym told me and I have lost 20 lbs so far! So when you workout do a warmup for like 10 minutes, weights for a half hour and then cardio and you will loose the lbs!

  • I have it for the Xbox and I liked it for about a month and then it just got boring! The real classes are way more fun and more motivating. And sometimes the systems don't pick up ur movements :(

  • I know. Its just hard b/c I am working a lot but my schedule for work changes every week. Which makes it even harder to stick to a set schedule.

  • A trainer told me that you need to do a quick warm up and a stretch then do your weight training first. Its important to your workout. I do that for about 30 minutes and I pick either my arms or my legs to do for that day. Then I do about 15 minutes on the elliptical, treadmill or bike. Then I go back and work on my abs…

  • We moved here to be near his grandma because his mom passed away last year suddenly. That also doesn't help the stress at all.   • I have the zumba for the kinect and I like it, but its no substitute for the real thing. If you are good at motivating yourself then the video game is pretty awesome. But taking the classes is so much better if you had that option.
