I love Insanity! I went down a jean size and that was without changing my diet, which I should have done! I love the definition in my arms and shoulders from Insanity. :smile: I'm doing Rev Abs now.

I've had the Paragard for 5 months. Insertion of the Paragard can be a bit painful. I was a little light headed after mine. Might be a good idea to have someone there to drive you home. I had been at work for about 2 hours when I was walking around and a female co-worker whispered to me that my pants had split in the back and she could see my underwear. It was fun going into my boss' office and having to explain that i needed to run home real quick to change due to a wardrobe malfunction!

I'm prone to getting ingrown toenails so I feel your pain! What has worked for me is getting regular pedicures. They dig them out for me, as nicely as possible without hurting me, Then they cut my toenails the proper way so they hopefully don't happen again. What you can do at home is soak your affected toe in warm water…

Cigarettes! Had my windows open and my neighbor 2 houses down was outside smoking. I haven't been able to get that nasty smell out of my nose for 2 days!!!! BLECH :angry:
