I recommend the Polar FT4 for like 20 more dollars. It's got everything you need and more
-
Looks real good!

Your heart rate is still elevated after a workout so you will continue to burn calories. I never count cool-down calories. Only count the calories burned when I am engaged in a workout
-
I am the same way. I feel like if I miss a day at the gym I fall behind for some reason. I think it's in our heads! lol

It's never good to have a deficit that big

I would say no, that is a lot of weight in a relatively short period of time.

How has your sodium been? You might just been holding water. Up your water intake and things should even out

Double posted.

Eat clean, that is what makes the fat go away

Cucumbers, Celery, Cauliflower

Yeah anytime after breakfast isn't good, especially JUST after eating

1450

No I always watch sodium. Under 1500 a day usually

Polar FT4 Heart-Rate Monitor is the only device you will need. A little expensive but well worth it
-
I'd get a Heart-Rate Monitor. Only way to truly figure out your calories burned.
-
You definitely have to get one with a chest strap (they are more accurate) I recommend the Polar FT4, it's great and it's got everything you ever want and more
-
I've been under sodium for the last week, anywhere from 1,200-1,600, so nothing outrageous
-
A little sore, I burned over 5,000 cals last week. Sodium levels seemed okay today.

I love my Reebok Zigtech shoes. Amazing comfort. Only shoe I will train in now
