Height: 5'7" CW: 160 Example burn: 400 cals for 30 minutes of HIIT Cardio (3 minute warmup at 6.5mph, followed by 24 minutes of intervals of 40 seconds at 11mph and 80 seconds at 7mph, 3 minute cool-down at 6.5mph)

Yeah but it's not very healthy on two aspects. You aren't eating enough and what you are eating has no nutritional value to it.

Yeah I have noticed MFP is a little high on exercise calories. Eat back some of your calories but not them all, to be safe.

It's really impossible for it to happen because you will rarely have 2 of the exact same days let alone 5 weeks of the same.
