Hey everyone! I stepped on the scale today and weighed 166 lbs so I decided to take some comparison pics and post them :) I started out here at 193 lbs( although at my heaviest I weighed 207) I have come sooo far!! I never could have done it without the support of my wonderful husband and my MFP friends..I still have about 30 more lbs to lose but Im confident that Ill get there.

    WOW great job you are inspiring me cause my heaviest was 208 and i'm now down to 199. We did almost start at the same point so thank you for showing me what I could look like and be pround of! Sorry for my english! i'm french but i tried =)
