What are you burning?

Id say Im about 5lb from goal....and my frustration atm is that I dont burn much. I know Ive recently bought a HRM which is more accurate (records less cals burnt), and you burn less as you get slimmer.....but its annoying.

What do you burn?

Im only interested in accurate HRM information and your height and CW please.

Example burn: 50 cals for 20 min walk @ apx 5 mph

    I burn about 302 calories doing level 2 of the 30DS.
  • OK heres my latest example, then maybe you'll see what I mean.

    Height 5-7
    Weight 140

    Exercise: Running ave 6kph 157 for 30 mins = 5.23 cals p/min

    Mines the lowest average. I worked out everyones cals per min.

    The highest is HIIT.

    Other than mine, the lowest was Turbo Jam.

    However of the ppl that have answered so far, Im the lightest, do you think thats why (not taking into consideration any one elses height).

    Example burn: running for 60 minutes at about 9.65kph (6.0 mph) burns 550 cals

    Edited to add that my example burn run includes some hills that really get my heart rate up. My average heart rate for that run is in the high 140s to low 150s.
