I know what you mean...they took sooooo long to thaw, or I was just wayyyyy too impatient!! I couldn't eat them fast enough!!0 -

Also, I didn't have reduced fat margarine, so I used half regular butter and half coconut oil; it added about 28 extra calories to mine. Next time I make them, I may try PB2 or peanut butter flour instead of peanut butter, to reduce the calories a ilttle bit.0 -

it sounds fantastic, but shop carefully for your ingredients so you don't sabotage all your efforts!
Beware of partially hydrogenated oils --they are the main culprit in American diets making us FAT! Cool Whip, and many brands of graham crackers contain it, but you can find healthier versions at places like Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc., sometimes even in the regular grocery store, just be sure to read the labels.
Just cutting out PHOs and corn syrup can really boost your weight loss.0 -
