Question about Protein Bar & Sugar Alcohols
Hey all! I am trying to up my Calories and Protein so I got a Protein Bar for my morning snack to try out. I see it has 200 Calories, 20g of Protein. But it also has 3g of Sugar and 7g of Sugar Alcohols. So what are Sugar Alcohols and should I just stay away from this Protein Bar? Thanks!

Protein after Cardio workout?
I usually do a protein shake or a protein bar (minimum of 20g of protein) even after a Cardio session. Is this the right approach or should I be doing something else? Thanks!

Had a bad weekend...advice?
I had a bad weekend. Ate alot of cals. Did manage to workout Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Yesterday. Scale is saying a 11 lb gain in 3 days. Doesn't seem right. What's the best advice? Just go back to normal and everything should work itself out? Thanks!

Up 8 lbs in 4 days?!? How?!
I am not sure how this happened. I been doing cardio for 60 minutes a day for the last 10 days burning a ton of calories. I am always under on cals, but this seems outrageous. What am i doing wrong? Please help

Is it possible to lose fat but not weight?
I have been doing heavy cardio the last 10 days. I usually do 60 minutes a day burning around 700-800 calories. I have noticed my clothes are fitting a lot looser but the scale is not moving at all (in fact it's creeping up) Is this possible and what can I do to change this? Thanks!

Not enough water?
I barely drink regular water, I drink zero-cal drinks throughout the day. I've been working out everyday burning anywhere from 800-1500 calories and sweating a whole bunch. Hey all I got a question I just got a HRM and am loving it. Today I just wanted to experiment and wear it throughout my day. I am at 5 hours now and it says 1226 Calories burned. How realistic do you think this is?
