My split is 50 carbs, 30 fat, 20 protein (per fitness trainer) And i actually did pretty good today surprisingly. 53, 26, 21.. Thanks for replying guys! I appreciate it. I just want to know if I'm doing it right. I would ask my trainer but there's like 30 other people in the class and i figured i could get a response here.

I'm 5'10 and I'm currently 161 lbs. I'm wanting to get to 150 and see how I feel. I might go lower, but for now, that's what I'm working towards. I'm having a hard time staying motivated though.

I had to move into my in laws within a week this past week and gained a bunch of weight because im kind of a stressful eater... ANYWAY. I'm up to 169 Good luck everybody!

I'm 5'10 and 180 wasn't a very fun weight to be at. but I NEVER EVER want to be in the 200's.

9/15 weight= 170 9/22 weight= 164.5 Total Weight loss= 5.5 pounds but my weight is probably going to fluxuate, so we'll see by next time. Also lost an inch off my waist. yay! Good luck to you all!

I haven't checked this in a while because it is kinda dead, but welcome! I'm doing the South Beach Diet right now and I've lost 5 pounds in 4 days.. so if you need nutrition or healthy (not the greatest tasting stuff, but still decent) recipes, then come my way.

Also if you are looking for a quick fix, try the South Beach Diet. I am doing it right now and I have lost 5 pounds in 4 days. For the first 2 weeks you aren't allowed to eat sugar, fruit, starches such as potatoes, carrots, corn. and no flour. But as for everything else, go ahead. It is a low carb, low sugar diet though.…

I have done it and as much as it works, I'm not sure I would recommend it. You have to be COMPLETELY dedicated. If you go above your 500 calorie limit then you're basically screwed and gain like 2+ pounds back. and once you get off you NEEEEEEED to have a low calorie diet for at least 2 weeks.. maybe more. I lost 10 pounds…

I think if you know how to switch it to this, the settings should be around 40 carbs 30 protein 30 sugars... or something like that... just watch your sugar and carb intake. it should be little to none. Good luck!

@ margieyoumans.. what kind of veggie juice did you drink? recipe? @ verptwerp.. what are you having in the slow cooker? I need recipes.. I don't want to be bored or dread these two weeks! I'm a huge fruit fan so this is gonna be hard. Please help me!

my ultimate goal for the 90 day challenge is to be at 150 but i'll be happy with 160. Starting Weight as of Sept 15th- 170 Goal Weight- 150 but fine with 160 Height- 5'10 Waist around bellybutton- 37 :( hips- 41 arms-12 thighs- 23 chest-38

I've been dong research on this diet just figuring out if I actually want to do it and if I actually can, and its absolutely doable.. I'm excited to join this group! Feel free to add me. I'm 5'10 and 170 right now but we'll see where I'm at on the 17th :)

I track everyday. 95+ days and I know if I stop now, the day that I stop I will blow it all. I'm so tremendously bad with food And I totally get the whole frustrated thing of not wanting to track on weekends but It helps me if I do.
