My UP has stopped syncing food from MFP, though I don't have any issues with MFP syncing to UP. Anyone hear anything?
-
Yes! Either Thrace or Maggie from the Walking Dead.

...and supposedly Fitbit provided the thumbdrives some of the time.

Seveneves. It's awesome.

Thanks! I have coconut oil and am ordering "it's a ten." Really appreciate the help!

I just bought a great pop maker (http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/1/1/173893-zoku-mini-pops-mold.html) and Greek Gods Honey and Salted Caramel Yogurt. The results are amazing!

The Buried Giant. I'm loving it.

I had this problem, and found that if I log the stuff into UP by hand, it works, but it will always subtract it if I add it from MFP. I don't know why, but that's just the way it works. The 3029-2753 difference I think is the amount of calories you're supposed to consume based on your basal rate? Mine does the same, but…

I really feel like Enid doesn't like Carl because he and his group are a real threat to whatever she (and a group I'm sure she's meeting) had planned. And, while I think it would be possible for Alexandria to be monitoring them, I feel like they really just wouldn't think of it. It really does feel as though they don't…

I'm not done reading this thread, but I agree. I feel bad, because I know I'd be just as awkward as she was, but ... well, I didn't expect her to be so similar to her character (especially given how much of a shock it still is every time I hear "Daryl" and "Rick" speak).

I've suffered from depression. And when I start to eat my emotions I know I need to take care so that I won't end up further in that cycle.

Tasha Yar was my hero when I watched it as a child. I still have a special place in my heart for her.

...Okay, I got the coding of that quote right, I don't know why it messed up. It's like how whenever I put in a break it puts [26] on the line. Bah!

Sorry, THIS kedegree: http://www.mediterrasian.com/delicious_recipes_kedgeree.htm
-
I made this kedegree and it was amazingly easy and delicious. I also do a cup of lentils, a cup of rice, a can of golden mushroom soup and enough water to make 5 cups total in my rice cooker and it's a great comfort food.

...actually, I think I got it from The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg.

I bought myself a special treat each time I went shopping for about a month. It had to be something really good that was from the main part of the store, a small pack of jelly beans or a fresh baked brownies. And I had to sit down at HOME to enjoy it. It didn't make the calories any better, but it helped to avoid the candy…

I have the UP and love it, but wish I had the UP24. I forget a lot of times to sync each day (I had a system in the summer, but it's depressing now that my steps are so few), and I would love the HRM because I find resting heart rate to be a useful fitness test and have never found an easy way to check it daily. I would…

I was just going to say that. :)

This one took me a long time to figure out. If you track on MFP, it will negate that from your UP totals, which is just odd.

I still run, but I've been dealing with plantar fasciitis and an achilles problem. I go back and forth between thinking running hurts and running helps.

My abstainer philosophy comes from The Happiness Project, http://www.gretchenrubin.com/happiness_project/2012/10/back-by-popular-demand-are-you-an-abstainer-or-a-moderator/, reading that was the first time I'd ever really given myself permission to STOP trying to moderate things. I'm TERRIBLE at moderation in some areas:…

Perfect suggestion with the list! We've done the Magic Treehouse, but I can't stand listening to a chapter. I don't mind reading them, but I can't stand the authors cadence. I love The Neverending Story, it'd be great to share with them. ...and I hear you about the inappropriate. I listened to some of my podcasts when I…

Dr. George Sheehan on Running and What I Talk About When I Talk about Running by Murakami. Both were amazing. A bunch of others, but none stuck with me like those two.

YTD: 190, running.

Audiobooks, if I feel like it's something I really want to get through, otherwise I put it down.

I'm late, I hope it's okay that I've joined. I put in my goal for the challenge, not my overall goal. Is that right?
-
I'm an abstainer. But I've found that if I write down an abstainer goal as a "just for today" goal I can get through tough things (for me kids' birthday parties), and can allow myself a reward the next day without setback. It is FAR easier to abstain, though, and not allow the treat. Could you package the cookies up as…
