I did one around Christmas time it was walk 100 miles in the month of December and it was great to finish it. I enjoyed it very much the challenge keptme focused. And I didn't have a weight gain during the holidays.

I have no favorite planks. Matter of fact I hate them all because I cannot do them. Well I might be able to hold one for about 10 seconds, but I am praying the whole time. May be that will be my next challenge after I complete the squat challenge.

Treadmill with the incline set at 12 grade or higher. A 2.4 mph is good. I found that do this for 60 minutes 5 days a week gave me a nice roll. Of course you can start at a lower incline and duration. But the goal should be to increase weekly until you reach the booty roll you desire.
