try substituting foods out one at a time and see if you can eliminate the problem. Good luck

I ingest almost 300 grams of protein a day and do not have a gas problem..... The key for me is to eat a tonne of fibre - fruits, veggies, whole grains. My brother on the other hand, who does not eat a lot of fibre and just sticks a high protein diet is a smelly beast.... Good luck

Can i ask what you expected the scale to say? Don't get discouraged... this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. I know its a lot of cliche, but it takes time for the body to adapt. As mentioned earlier, 0.8 is a great loss

i've been to warrior dash before and it doesn't matter what time you register for..... once you get there in the morning and get your kit, you can just run with any group. All you need is the fob they give you to be tracked during the run :) I registered for noon and im coming down with my brother, so we will need a room.
