I have the Fitbit One and I love it. I had the Ultra before that so as you can see I really wouldn't be without it now! I love the way it interacts with MFP and for me its been really helpful. You need to bear in mind that it isn't accurate for tracking your burn during some kinds of exercise, but its brilliant for…

OMG I am in so much pain after doing Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for the first time yesterday! And I thought I was relatively fit. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with Jillian's workouts!

Hi, I'm from the UK and have logged in 485 days as of yesterday. Anyone can feel free to add me, I always try to be supportive

I've used FitBit for nearly two years now. Had the Ultra first and now have the One, and I love it. It works brilliantly with MFP - you don't need to to log your food separately with FitBit, just on MPF and if you link your accounts the FitBit site will pick it up from there. As has been said already, it doesn't really…

Thank you so much for sharing your story, and what a fantastic achievement. Not only have you turned your health around but you look great too. Well done

Yeah. Definitely Mariah Carey. Gets right on my nerves lol

I have a FitBit One, previously had the Ultra. Its pretty good for walking and running but not so good for tracking other activities such as any type of weight training or strength training or whatever. I love mine and love that it syncs with MFP. Definitely works for me!

A physiotherapist I saw a couple of years ago told me that Glucosamine Sulphate *is* beneficial, but only if you take 1500 mg per day ( I presume that this the triple strength one!)

Yes thats correct, but make sure not to overestimate the calories you burn. Ie, using the figures on this site, which tend to be too high in my experience.
-
Great achievement. You are looking great but more importantly feeling great. Well done on turning your life around.

I totally hear you, my Ultra broke a couple of months ago and the week or so I had to wait when I ordered a new one was awful!

Dried apricots. And if you use a fibre supplement as has been suggested, make sure you up your water intake too.

I''ve got loads of Jillian videos, 6 week 6 pack is 30 minutes and No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism are 45 minutes each. And a damn tough 30 or 45 minutes lol. Love them!
-
I'm late too I know, but can I still join please??

If you've already worked it into your set activity level then no, you can't add it again. The calories provided to you already take account of your moderately active lifestyle.
-
That is a very noticeable difference for one month, well done and good luck with month 2

I've just started week 2 and am loving it!

It does work and its not cheating! I've done Leslie Sansone's walking at home DVDs whilst wearing my FitBit and it counts not only the steps but also the distance, even though you are mainly walking/jogging on the spot.

Straight after work. And I mean, straight after. If I sat down I wouldn't get back up lol. I love Sundays when I can go in the morning tho.

As you get fitter and smaller, your body will use less calories to do the same workout. So maybe think about switching up your exercise, doing something more intense, longer or completely different. Plateaus do happen though so don't lose motivation! Good luck!

Just reading this thread shows how different we all are  I'm 5'5½, and my highest weight was 146 which for me was really big. I'm currently 138 and hoping to get down to somewhere between 125 and 130. Sometimes when I see photos of people on here around my height and they say they're like 160 or 170 I think "no way,…

I would say log it only if you have your activity level set at sedentary ... if you've already factored it into your activity level you would be effectively counting it twice
