Came here to ask the same thing. It’s definitely changed the way it adds exercise calories over the last 3 days (I’ve used MFP in conjunction with Fitbit for over 11 years!). It should be adding more as we move throughout the day but the last 3 days it’s added a load early on and actually got less later on. Don’t like it!!…

I'd love to do weekly challenges //www.fitbit.com/user/22H54M

Mine has been the same since yesterday, it will sync if I disconnect then re-connect but does not continue to sync thereafter :(
-
The original MFP post now says all issues have been fixed but mine still isn't synching :(
-
Not sure how a broken hand stops you running .... you can do lots. Don't let it set you back.
-
Mine hasn't synced at all for over 24 hours now. Hope it gets sorted soon!
-
Mine was fine until a couple of hours ago and now isnt syncing. I've unlinked from both sides and linked back up but still not working :-(
-
About 130

Well done, you've made a great start, keep it up :-)

I've been having this problem for 2 days. I emailed FitBit yesterday and got an email back telling me how to sync my Fitbit with MFP!! I've been using it for 3 years & syncing with MFP all that time, I think I know how to use it! Its just not working at the moment

You look fantastic! Believe me, there are 100s of people on here who would LOVE to look how you look in that bikini!
-
I love my FitBit, I had the Ultra and now have the One. I love how it interacts with MFP and how I can see how active (or not!) I've been and the resulting calories that are added on/deducted accordingly. (The negative calorie adjustment CAN be set via MFP!) I think for the cost of it a FitBit is well worth it, as the use…

I'm 5'5½", and my goal was 125. However, I am currently at 129 and don't think another 4lbs will be enough to get me looking how I want to! I guess I will just have to keep going until I like how I look.
-
What a fantastic achievement. Well done

I've just deleted a load of friends who haven't logged in for a month or more! I'm on here every day. Feel free to add me

678 today

You are doing great! Keep at it, you will get to goal soon enough. Well done

I would gain at 1650 too if I wasn't exercising. Have your calculated your TDEE? I would look at some online TDEE and BMR calculators just to see if the amount of calories set by MFP is about right for you. That being said, a week isn't long enough to see if you're in the right place, but I would do that anyway as a…

I've got several of Jillian Michael's DVDs. You only need a couple of hand weights and they are really good workouts. I do some of the shorter ones when I am pushed for time and you do feel as if you've worked hard even after 20 minutes.
-
I would try adding in some strength training, in addition to the cardio stuff you are already doing. You should start to see a difference in your body composition and appearance. Oh and congrats on the weight loss!
-
I have that DVD and I weigh exactly the same as you at 135. I suspect that the burn you are seeing on your HRM is far more accurate than the other figures you have mentioned! That's a good burn for 53 minutes, I love Jillian's DVDs
-
What a difference and in a short space of time too. Well done, sure you will achieve your goal!

I have a FitBit One, and before that I had the Ultra. I love it and wouldnt be without it. I love the way it interacts with MFP and motivates me to do more!
-
I love them raw, especially grated on a salad. Hate em cooked tho lol

it normally takes me a couple of days, I love Chinese food but its sooo high in sodium I always gain a couple of pounds water weight if I eat it. Usually back down after 2-3 days if I drink plenty of water. You would have to eat a huge amount to gain 1.5 kg of fat in such a short space of time, so I'm sure its just water…

I would count it if I walked for an hour and I certainly wouldn't expect my muscles to be sore from that ...

I'm in! SW: 146 CW: 136 Goal (for April): 131 Weigh in dates: 07/04 14/04 21/04 28/04

You will often find a large loss the first couple of weeks, a lot of which will be water weight. So long as you don't expect it to keep up at that rate it should be fine. Good luck

Wow what an amazing transformation. Well done

I would keep an eye on her for the rest of the day, so long as she eats at some stage and is fine in herself I wouldn't worry. My cat occasionally misses a meal and just wants to sleep! But if she appears in any way unwell or still doesn't want to eat I would be concerned. Hope she's ok!
