    I have a reunion in May. I want to be the same weight I was at my last one. My goal is more than 5 pounds, but I think I'm running a little higher on the scale than normal. I anticipate dropping a couple of these pounds in the next couple of days.

    SW - 79.1 kgs
    CW - 71.8 kgs
    GW - 69.0 kgs (by 30 April)
    GW - 67.0 kgs

    I would love to achieve 67 kgs by the end of April, however, I have hit my plateau, so it is small steps for me from here on in until I can get over this hurdle.

    My main goal is to not get frustrated with the scales. We're measuring in tomorrow aswell, so even if I can't get the scales to budge, losing the cm's is just as important for me at this stage in the game.

    Note: I had a really bad binge weekend, my weight is usually 176 but I put in my current weight as of today. My goal weight should actually be 170, so I sort of have 2 goal weights?! :)

    I weigh in every morning (you dont have to do every day, you can do weekly)
    As soon as I wake up, naked and before eating anything.
