calories burned while riding trails on a dirtbike?

Hello :) so I ride dirtbikes with my hubby on trails every weekend and I did some research and saw that 200 calories are burned per hour. Would that be accurate?

    Possibly but unless you get sore from it muscle wise, I personally wouldn't count it..

    I would count it if I walked for an hour and I certainly wouldn't expect my muscles to be sore from that ...
