Mine is open to friends. I like looking at other people's to get inspiration for meal ideas. I always seem to eat the same things! It also gives my friends a chance to leave feedback and let me no if I'm doing anything wrong/bad!

I'm also thinking of doing a 1/2 end of October. I'm currently up to 6 1/2 miles (on a good day) but I do walk some of it. It's something I think I'll never be able to do but would love to say I've done one! Will be interested in the replys!

I have been totally awful for the last 3 days :-( for some reason (think its being stuck in the house with two small children who are being naughty/twisty) I'm blaming my bad eating on them (sounds awful I no and I feel guilty) but I no that its me eating it so the blame lies with me! Just can't seem to pull myself up.

i always wear shock absorber running bras and think there great. i feel really sopportive and have minimal bounce in them! the only bad thing is theres no seperation between boobs and get really sweaty!! i have been told to try panache sports bra so this will be my next purchase (always like reccommended) but at £35 each…

like you im 33 years old, 5'4 and weigh 211. im really struggling with the food aspect. im really good for a few days and the fall off the waggon. i exercise when i can at the gym but am trying home workout dvd's. ill add you and try to give you some encourgement!

ive just put all my numbers in on this site and im even more confused? im a 33 year old female weighing 209lbs and 65 inches tall. acording to this my BMR is 1715, thats 500 cals more than MFP!! does that seem like a big difference?

ive used 2 trainers. one i used to meet somewhere and shed help me with my running and charged £15 per hour. always met her through the day which was a cheaper rate. the second was a gym based trainer and paid £130 for 6 sessions. bit cheaper than london but im up in newcastle.
