I'm also in the 5'4" catergory and anyone is welcome to add me as a friend. I try to log my calories and exercise atleast 5 times a week and I have just under 50 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight of 140.0

I'm about 5' 4 1/2" 131 lbs. I would like to lose about five to ten more pounds and firm up. I'm training for a half marathon in May and I try to eat mostly real food. Anyone can add me.0

I'm 5'5". Is it weird that I'm shocked that everyone's goal is to be 110 lbs? My loftiest goal is to be 135. A year ago I was 140 and I felt fantastic at that weight.

I am 5'4 (165cms) and want to lose about 22 lbs (10 kilos). Please add me as I need some support, just come off a broken leg and put on that amount in 4 months, so my metabolism is really sluggish.0

i def don't wanna be 110lbs!!! omg!! that's so teeny!! feck lol noooooooooooooo that's like 7st 8lb!! **** that's not right for anyone!! i would like to be at about 10st but would go no lower that 9st! i'm not even sure its possible for be to be that thin! lol i have 5 kids anyway who wants a stick mum lol x0
