I put mine in the Cardio section. They have a setting for strength training and you put in the minutes. The actual strength training session seems to be more of a way to keep track of your progress and what you did. Enter it into the Cardio part and it will tell you calories burned. :)

Hello evrybody! I am 5'3" and am about 127. Looking to be about 110 by bikini season. I have my settings set to lose 1/2 a pound a week to allow a little more leeway for a bit more calories. Right now my net calories are 1320. So any loss over half a pound is just an added bonus. Fell free to add me and good luck!!

Hi Sabrina!! I was the EXACT same as you. I would diet and exercise and then 2 weeks later find some excuse to quit. I finally had a breakthrough! Feel free to add me as a friend! Add lots of people.
