Been on a weight loss journey for what seems to be my entire adult life. Hoping this is the key to helping me lose this weight for good. Been back on a diet/exercise regimen for a week and have lost 4lbs. I am using this tool in conjunction with the 17 day diet to see if Im making good choices. Please add me, I could use all the help I can get!
