has anyone been taking rest days? i work 12 hours on a sunday lol so decided today im going to rest ! cant wait to get straight back on it tomorrow, will be day 6 level1 :D im dying to get to level 2 already

i havent lost any weight at the mo, im on day 5 level 1, noticed a difference in my arms tho :D

i tend to do my work out at night around 7 - 8 pm when my two year old goes to bed

the girl who posted the pics you can notice a HUGE difference looks great !!! ive took before photos and im on day 2 level 1 i didnt find the first time bad went all way through it with no breaks or nearly dying, but did it this morning and o my word my muscles ache like mad lol ! dreading tomorrow but gonna keep at it !!

if your not use to exercise your hr is going to stay elevated for awhile. id get a check up and ask what moderate exercise you should be doing, ive just got into exercise again but started off with two weeks of a power walk dvd then ive moved on to a little more intesnse exercise routine

i did it yesterday got up to 3 mile and i was sweating while doing i didnt think itd be much of a work out but OMG my legs and arms are a little achey today :D gonna carry on with this vid :D

i hate ovulation i weighed 13 st last week i ovulated this saturday gone and i shot up to 13 3 and 13 4 at night ! i retain loads of water when ive ovulated and feel huge ! couple of days before my period comes though it balances out again : )

thanks for the replies :D ive been brisk dog walking recently in the mornings doing 3 1/2 miles in 55 minutes :D im gonna aim for 4 next week, i need to find the time with working aswell though :( ! ive been tracking it on endomondo any one else use this on there phone ?

thanks for the advice guys! well its defo only one day in week i have a takeaway and then sundays im constantly on my feet walking round at work so hoping this will contribute to burning of some cals, i will probably stil do extra exercise mondays then to make it up ive started doing 60 mins a day aerobics and some…

are you from the uk ? you can get something called fibergel i duno if thats the correct spelling but it helped me when i was pregnant and constipated : )

would you say the calories are accurate on the game???? ive just done 30 mins of flexibility with some cardio bout two minutes and warm up and it says 110 cal burned would this sound about right ??

I posted something the other day about my knees, they just seemed sore, i started the shred and they were ten times worse so iv given it up, i only managed two days, ive been doing lighter exercises and my knees are miles better : )

would everyone suggest to just push through it ? or would i damage then even more?

i think most people who use the jillian dvds put the exercise in as 20 minutes of general circuits work outs i do ne way
