ive got the 30 day shred im on level 1 day 2 what can i use as weights i havent got any been using tins of beans lmao are these heavy enough ???

As far as "are they heavy enough" that is a question you'll have to answer, as in "do they challenge you?" If they seem to be too easy then definitely find a heavier alternative. Maybe use milk jugs and fill with water?0
