I take it at bedtime. I use the liquid in some water. I has lowered my morning fasting blood sugar.

I agree about the insulin resistance. I have been using fasting more in an attempt to reduce mine. I am sure mine has been high for many, many years and now I have prediabetes and high blood pressure.

I you exercise when your bs is too high ( over 250 maybe) you are low on insulin. exercising muscles want sugar and insulin is the key to getting it into the muscle cells. you won't get enough in the cell because of no insulin and your blood sugar may go higher. it's always a balance between insulin and sugar. if you take some fiber capsules like metamuscil or generic form it will help absorb the liquid and firm up the stool. I have had success doing this on an as needed basis good luck

Nancy, I have a weber gensis and use indirect heat to cook our steaks. When the grill is hot I turn off the middle burner and put the steaks over it. The other 2 burners stay on. Leave lid down and check frequently with thermometer and turn until it is done. We cook ours to medium rare so it is pretty quick. Good luck.…

Janice, I think you mean they gave switched your sister to the state Medicaid plan since that is the one that pays or residential care.
