I'd recommend investing in Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Its about 23 minutes with the warm up and cool down and it's quite a workout!! :)

Me too! I've always had a horrible sweet tooth but lately, it's been nonexistent :) It's weird because after dinner I feel like snacking or have a dessert but I'm not hungry and I don't want sugar. It's crazy! I don't know if it's the healthier lifestyle or what, but I like it!

I drink lots and lots of water and try to stock up on fiber and/or protein since they keep you fuller longer. I like hummus and sugar snap peas, oatmeal, tuna, etc. Oh, and it's a mental thing (Like you're not really hungry but want a snack), eat a serving of Whole Grain Cheerios. They're yummy! Did L1D2 this morning and I feel great! It seems like it was a little easier (although I couldn't do the bicycle crunches at the end and had to modify) but it might be because I know what the workout consists of. Completed L1D1! It wasn't easy either! I had to modify a lot of things (like the push ups). I used 2lb weights and my shoulders were DYING from the arm raises! But, I'm going to do the dvd in the morning tomorrow - hope you all do too :)

I know they probably aren't the best but I eat Kellogg's Fiber Plus bars (The chocolate ones are my fave but the coconut ones taste similar to girl scout cookies). 120 cals and they're sweet like candy but with 6 grams of fiber. Cheap and always keep a bar in my purse.

I agree! A 110 cal serving is enough cereal to eat mindlessly and feel like you are "snacking" but without a lot of the bad.
